For 2005 Temple-Inland — at the time a Fortune 500 building products, corrugated packaging and financial services company — really wanted to highlight key moments throughout the year that helped them continue to maximize shareholder value. Provided the theme statement “On a journey to be the best” the concept was to visually represent those key moments and personnel through photography and iconography into a visual timeline of the previous year. For the cover we condensed every photo on the timeline creating a unique graphically abstract hint of each item found within.
